Outline of the sessions
Session 1. Branding & current positioning (1st May)
Your positioning and branding defines how your business is perceived in the market. It shapes customer expectations, builds trust and drives long-term business success. In this session we’ll dive into your business goals and your positioning. Does it need refining?
Session 2. Market research (15th May)
In order to understand what your audience needs and to be able to determine what will differentiate you from the competition, research is essential. We’ll show you how to do effective research that helps you understand the opportunities, threats, weaknesses and strengths within your market.
Session 3. Communications strategy (29th May)
A communication strategy is a key component of a marketing strategy which defines how you will communicate your brand and marketing goals and what channels to use.
Session 4. Content strategy (12th June)
Once your strategy is in place it’s time to think about what content you will create to support your marketing and communication goals per chosen channel. In this last session we will focus on content creation per channel and how to tap into the trends strategically.
